Craig Firsdon is a poet and artist from Holland, Ohio. He has been published in numerous publications including Red Fez, Rusty Truck, Zygote In My Coffee and others. He has also published his chapbook Opiate Dreams and been a reader at large poetry events including Zygote In My Fez at Collingwood Arts Center, yearly 100 Thousand Poets for Change and the downtown Art Walk. Craig is also a paint and charcoal artist who has had a showcase for his art locally. In 2010 local poet and journalist Lorraine Cipriano called him “a Toledo renaissance man” in an article for the Toledo Poetry Examiner. Currently Craig still writes and creates art without letting his disability stop him.
